Suspension / Cancellation of brokers

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Chhanganlal Jain(Trade Name : M/s Shree Tulsi Stocks), Member of Cochin Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 090688415) for a period of six months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for indulging in carry-forward transactions and not reporting off-the-floor transactions. 

Shri Chhanganlal Jain(Trade Name : M/s Shree Tulsi Stocks), Member of Cochin Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from May 10, 1999 till November 09,1999. 

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Suresh Bhardwaj(Trade Name : M/s Lakshmi Investment & Consultants) (SEBI Reg No. INB 150427618), Member of Magadh Stock Exchange, with immediate effect. The registration has cancelled in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992. Enquiry was initiated against the broker for not producing the books/records/documents for inspection by SEBI. Also the broker has been declared defaulter in the Magadh Stock Exchange and ceased to be member of the Exchange, thereby failing to fulfill the pre-requisite of registration with SEBI. 

Shri Suresh Bhardwaj(Trade Name : M/s Lakshmi Investment & Consultants) will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with immeidate effect.
