SUSPENSION OF MEMBER BROKER OF SAURASHTRA KUTCH STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Rajchandra H. Kothari - M/s. R. H. Kothari SEBI Reg. No. INB180742216, member of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange for a period of six months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for not maintaining books of accounts, not segregating own clients transactions, not issuing contract notes, not reporting off-the-floor transactions, delay in payment/delivery of scrips to clients, charging excess brokerage etc. 

Shri Rajchandra H. Kothari - M/s. R. H. Kothari, member of Saurashtra Kutch Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from April 2, 1999 till October 1, 1999.
