SUSPENSION OF SUDHIR RATHI, 
MEMBER OF PUNE STOCK EXCHANGE 
SECONDARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Sudhir Rathi, member of Pune Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB110244512) for a period of six months. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for not reporting off-the-the floor transactions to the Exchange, non-maintaining clear segregation between client funds and own funds and carrying out off-the-the floor transactions during his period of suspension in the Stock Exchange. 
 
Shri Sudhir Rathi, member of Pune Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from February 12, 1999 till August 11, 1999.
