WARNING TO SHRI JAYANT PARANJIWANDAS
MEMBER, COIMBATORE STOCK EXCHANGE

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 Shri Jayant Paranjiwandas, member of Coimbatore Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. INB 210477910) for violating the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 viz. non-maintenance of margin book, irregularities in issuance of contract notes to the clients, delay in rectification of bad deliveries, delay in payment to clients, non-segregation of clients� fund from proprietary funds and non-payment of the requisite fees to SEBI. 
 
Also, the broker has been directed to pay SEBI fees within a period of 60 days from the date of the order, failing which the registration shall be treated as suspended till the payment thereof.
