WARNING TO SHRI BRAJESH KUMAR NEEMA

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has warned Shri Brajesh Kumar Neema, member of Madhya Pradesh Stock Exchange (SEBI Reg. No. 070161817) for irregularities in issuance of contract notes, dealing with un-registered sub-brokers, not reporting Off-the-floor transactions to the Stock Exchange, not maintaining proper bill book, misutilisation of Exchange membership rights, indulging in financial transactions in the Exchange and non-co-operation with the Inspection team. 
 
The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
