SUSPENSION OF SHRI PRADIPA KUMAR DASH
MEMBER, BHUBANESHWAR STOCK EXCHANGE

SECONDARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Pradipta Kumar Dash, member of Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange for a period of three months or till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI, whichever is later. The suspension will come into effect from August 04, 1998. He has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for non-issuance of contract notes, non-maintenance of books of accounts, non charging of brokerage, not reporting off-market transactions to the Exchange, non-maintenance of separate client bank account and non-payment of SEBI registration fees. 
 
Shri Pradipta Kumar Dash, member of Bhubaneshwar Stock Exchange will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from August 04, 1998 till November 03, 1998 or till he pays the prescribed fee to SEBI, whichever is later.
