SUSPENSION OF M/S.BRISK SECURITIES LTD,
MEMBER OF DELHI STOCK EXCHANGE

Enquiry under Section 4(3) of SEBI Act read with Regulation 28(1) of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Rules and Regulations, 1992 was ordered by SEBI to look into the broking activities of M/s Brisk Securities Ltd.,(SEBI REG. No.050631330) member of Delhi Stock Exchange, with reference to adherence to the provisions of Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956, SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-brokers) Rules and Regulations, 1992 and Rules, Regulations and Bye-laws of the Stock Exchange. 
 
The member has been found guilty of not paying Sebi registration/turnover fee in addition to other violations and has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 till it pays the registration/turnover fee. The order shall come into force with effect from June 29, 1998.
