SUSPENSION OF M/s VEER JAIN & Co.

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended M/s Veer Jain & Co., a member of Jaipur Stock Exchange, for a period of one month with effect from May 28, 1998. M/s Veer Jain & Co. have been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 for irregularities/contraventions in payment of SEBI turnover fees, not reporting off-market transactions and non segregation of clients� fund from proprietary funds. 
 
M/s Veer Jain & Co. will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from 28th May, 1998 to 27th June, 1998.
