The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended the certificate of registration till the remaining period of their registration of M/s NCJ International Limited, Category III Merchant banker w.e.f. April 24, 1998 for their failure to fulfil their underwriting obligations in the public issues of Elque Polyesters Limited and BSM Knit Fab Limited.
