The Securities and Exchange Board of Indi a (SEBI) has warned Shri B. N. Mehta, member of Vadodara Stock Exchange for violating the SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 by trading on the Exchange without a valid certificate of registration from SEBI. The warning has been served in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992 for violation/contravention of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992.
