SUSPENSION OF SHRI SHALOO GUPTA
Member, JAIPUR STOCK EXCHANGE
MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Shri Shaloo Gupta, a member of Jaipur Stock Exchange, for thirty days with effect from December 1, 1997. M/s Shaloo Gupta has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for violation/contravention viz. failure to pay requisite amount of SEBI turnover fees, not reporting off-market transactions, delay in payment to clients, delay in rectification of bad deliveries etc. of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules & Regulations, 1992. 
 
Shri Shaloo Gupta will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from 1st December, 1997 till 30th December , 1997 and Shri Shaloo Gupta will not be allowed to operate his individual or corporate membership in any Exchange during the period of suspension.
