SUSPENSION OF SMT. MOHINI AGRAWAL /M/S. MOHINI & CO.
SECONDARY MARKET DEPARTMENT

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has suspended Smt. Mohini Agrawal, present trade name M/s. Mohini & Co., a member of Uttar Pradesh Stock Exchange, for one month with effect from September 16, 1996. Smt. Mohini Agrawal/ M/s. Mohini & Co. has been suspended in terms of Sub-Regulation (3) of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Regulations, 1992 for violation/contravention of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Stock Brokers and Sub-Brokers) Rules and Regulations, 1992. 
 
Smt. Mohini Agrawal will not be entitled to carry on the business as a Stock Broker with effect from 16th September, 1996 till 15th October, 1996 and Smt. Mohini Agrawal will not be allowed to operate her individual or corporate membership in any Exchange during the period of suspension.
